“Murders, rapes, mistreatment, like never before. Not only in the physical world, but also in the virtual world. Women suffer harassment, threats, dissemination of private material, extortion, discredit, identity theft on the networks, while the government continues with its arms crossed”, adds the PAN.
Marko Cortés also highlighted that other types of violence such as psychological, economic, patrimonial and political have grown.
For this reason, he recommended recovering programs such as children’s day care centers, shelters to care for women victims of violence, as well as legal and psychological care centers, in addition to increasing the budget to care for breast and cervical cancer.
