A new multipolar world order is being reconfigured and Venezuela proposes that one of these pillars be the Bolivarian Pole, under the vision of Father Liberator Simón Bolívar who reinforced Commander Hugo Chávez Frías during his presidency, the Executive Vice President of the Republic stated this Friday, Delcy Rodriguez.
“From Venezuela, with great modesty, we propose that this new pole also be Bolivarian, because it promotes equality and social justice embodied in the speech of our Father Liberator Simón Bolívar in Angostura, because it promotes the union of peoples for our own development” , expressed Rodríguez from the meeting for the Validity of the Bolivarian Thought of Commander Chávez, 10 years after his physical farewell.
During her speech at the Teresa Carreño Theater in Caracas, Delcy Rodríguez recalled that Chávez spoke to the people about social justice, inclusion and for this reason, on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, welcomed them to Venezuela to commemorate a decade of the departure of the revolutionary leader.
“We have infinite love for the Eternal Commander, because Chávez in 1998 devised another world, because he looked outside the Monroísta Pole and looked towards another world”, said the high official of the Bolivarian Government.
He recalled that from Venezuela, Chávez promoted a world other than the hegemonic one, two power blocks have imposed on humanity from the US and Europe “today Europe is subordinated to the economic, financial, political, and military interests of the US. that speaks of the hegemon of the world”.
He assured that thanks to the fact that the Bolivarian Commander looked towards Asia, the Arab countries and towards mother Africa, South-South cooperation was raised, which made it possible to relaunch OPEC, brutally attacked by the US.
“He promoted the geopolitical rings that broke with unipolarity, gave life to CELAC, Unasur, ALBA, rings that seek to plant the foundation stone for the construction of the multipolar world and established strategic cooperation with China, Russia, India,” he said.
The vice president warned that in the new world order that is currently taking shape, the BRICS group (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) is playing a leading role, because it owns 75% of world GDP, 43% of the population, 20% of the investments and 18% of the trade.
Added to this, there is a list of more than 20 countries that are applying to join the BRICS to add power to the group that is leading the world.
Within the current BRICS countries, the People’s Republic of China is the leading economic power on the planet, which invests more than the US and has become the leading financial nation on planet Earth. “China is the first global financier on the planet,” she summed up, and its main debtor is the US.

Before the international audience that was listening to her, she said that the validity of the Bolivarian thought of Commander Chávez in the 21st century is under the vision of the anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist world, a different development model for the peoples and of deep hope to save the human species in the future.
He pointed out that his action was marking milestones through the Socialist Revolution that he defined as Socialism of the 21st Century. “Anti-capitalist, feminist, Bolivarian revolution, evoking the doctrine of El Libertador Simón Bolívar”.
He recalled that, in 1998, Chávez predicted that the horizon of humanity will not be unipolar or bipolar, “thank God it will be multipolar. He envisioned how we should approach the new world, and that would be the new international order based on the roots of Bolívar, El Libertador”.
In this sense, Delcy affirmed that it is possible to save the human species, that we are at critical moments and times to decide and that is why these movements of the new international order are taking place, which must be deeply humanist and far from the capitalist scheme.
“We have good news for the world: there is enough Chávez here, there is enough hope and a future here, for the peoples of the planet based on the validity of the thought of Commander Hugo Chávez,” he concluded.
