During this Thursday, the National Consumer Service (Sernac) sent a letter to the production company Lotus, the one in charge of carrying out the Lollapalooza Chile 2023 event, due to changes in its list of artists.
The agency gave the producer a period of five days to explain the reasons why the presentation of the American band Blink-182 was cancelled, added to the ways in which the money will be returned to people who will not attend due to the change.
In this regard, the national director of Sernac, Andres Herreraspecified in Radio DNA that companies must comply with the conditions offered, in this case, respect the schedule previously scheduled and announced.
Likewise, he added that in the case of events that have several bands, he must contemplate the facilities for the return of money for people who give up attending due to the loss of an artist.
Twenty One Pilots, the replacement
The American band Twenty One Pilots will be in charge of replacing Blink-182 at Lollapalooza Chile 2023. The band has already performed in our country in 2016 and 2019.
