Today marks the three-year anniversary of Lacalle’s inauguration as president of the Uruguayans and he has 43% approval and 29% disapproval.
The decline in approval is a common occurrence as the years of a government management pass.
The current government has faced harsh processes such as the coronavirus pandemic, the drought, and acts of corruption within its party and partners in the multicolored coalition.
Survey
According to the Citizen Perception Office, President Luis Lacalle, three years after his inauguration, has a 43% approval rating for his management.
On the other hand, 11% of Uruguayans believe that the management of the president’s government is very good; 32% that it is good; 27% that it is neither good nor bad; 16% that it is bad; 13% that it is very bad; and 2% do not know or do not answer, according to the latest Opción Consultores survey.
