President Laurentino Cortizo appointed Ileana Molo Alvarado as the new Director of the Institute for the Training and Development of Human Resources.
Molo has served as IFARHU General Secretary since 2019, and has specializations in Public Management, Public Policies and Management Skills from George Washington Univ.
