Ana Rosa Mavarez Rivero, 31 years old, died on Saturday night during a cosmetic liposuction operation, according to judicial sources. The Public Ministry opened an investigation in this regard.
The surgical intervention was performed in a clinic located in the Marina Plaza Shopping Center, located in Cumaná (Sucre).
Once the operation was done, the woman was taken to another Cuman health center where she was admitted without vital signs.
Preliminary investigations have made it possible to interview several witnesses to the event.
