With the incident related to alcoholic beverages in his office, the governor of La Paz added his third trial.

In June 2021, Quispe was denounced by Assemblyman Leopoldo Chui, from Jallalla, for having crashed an official vehicle with his driver, when they were allegedly drunk.

In December, they sued him for appointing a notary who supposedly did not meet the requirements to hold the position. For this reason he is accused of resolutions contrary to the Constitution and laws, illegal appointments and breach of duties.

Now the third process weighs against him, for improper use of public goods and services and obstruction of justice. In his defense, Quispe blamed the “right” for setting up the case and “implanting” the black bags with the beer cans.
