The man from Rosario opened the scoring with a great goal 5 minutes into the first half, with a first-class shot from the corner of the box that struck goalkeeper Alban Lafont’s corner.

At 20′ the Argentine extended the advantage of the Turin team with a penalty; and 33′ into the second half, Di María completed his “hat trick” with his head, finding a rebound in the area that the French goalkeeper did not arrive in time to clear.

Three minutes later “Noodle” withdrew from the field of play with the feat already completed, replaced by his compatriot Leandro Paredes.
With this win, Juventus won the overall result 4-1 after drawing in the first leg by one goal per side and eliminated the French team from continental competition.
