A bottle of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) exploded this Thursday morning at a home in the Obispo Indaburo area, Puente Topáter height, in La Paz. The fact caused part of the construction, mainly the kitchen, the roof and the adobe walls, to be ejected and cause the injury of an elderly person, who was left with second-degree burns.

In an environment of three meters by three, the kitchen of Doña Flora, a 90-year-old woman, was working, who intended to prepare her breakfast at approximately 9:00, according to a Unitel report.

However, according to Fire personnel, Mrs. Flora wanted to light a boiler with water, but the bottle allegedly exploded due to a bad connection between the bottle and the hose, which caused a gas leak.
