The Vice President of the State, David Choquehuanca, affirmed that those who intend to promote the realization of a recall against President Luis Arce, It would going against the decision of a people who voted in favor of the Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS) binomial in the 2020 general elections.

“The Executive is not obliged to comply with the resolutions of the council”

The senator of the Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS), William Tórrez, maintained that the determinations of the town hall of January 25 in Christ the Redeemer, they are only deliberative conclusions and not resolutions.

“If Mr. Calvo intends to force the Executive, he certainly does not find legal support, any sense of demanding have a destabilizing character”, questioned the senator in an interview with EL DEBER.

For his part, Senator Leonardo Loza said that Rómulo Calvo has no weight to threaten the country and a democratically elected government.
