Amauris Morla, president of the sector’s neighborhood council, described it as unfortunate to see so many young people risking their lives and those of others. “They do not understand that this is dangerous, many have lost their lives for carrying out these illegal practices, we have called their attention many times, but they do not understand”he indicated.
He assured that the neighborhood council raised funds to place several “lying police officers” and prevent motor racing, while explaining that shortly after a council commission was going to remove them.

The director of the Southeast Regional of the National Police, General José Delio Mora Reynoso, said that they work together with the neighborhood associations and the pastors of the churches raising awareness among young people.
