The United Kingdom could be the perfect proof that having a four-day working day It could be a decision that benefits the quality of life of workers and consequently increases productivity. A pilot test carried out in 61 companies yields important results to highlight.

Three thousand employees and 61 companies participated, most with less than 25 employees. They could eliminate one day of work a week or 8 hours spread over five days. The experiment lasted 6 months and at the end, of the 61 companies, 56 said they would continue with the 32-hour weeks.
