Prosecutor Liliana Denice Duarte obtained the Conviction of a man, identified by the initials PCG, for breach of the legal duty to provide food.

He himself faced the oral trial in the Judiciary of Ciudad del Este and was sentenced to 2 years with suspension proof of the execution of the sentence.

Subsequently, through Final Judgment No. 688, dated October 7, 2015, the Court in question approved the agreement between the parties, for which the benefit was increased to G. 456,000.

The amount had to be deposited monthly in advance in a judicial account of the National Development Bank (BNF). However, the defendant did not fully comply with the court rulings.

According to a report from the bank, the defendant deposited the sum of G. 23,881,000 guaraníes, throwing a missing of G. 13,055,000.

Therefore, after the complaint, the The Prosecutor’s Office opened criminal proceedings against him and finally led to his conviction 2 years with suspension.

The Court that issued the ruling was made up of Evangelina Villalba, Óscar Genez and Lourdes Morínigo.
