Some 83 driving tickets, fights, confiscations of prohibited items and apprehensions are part of the police actions that have been attended in the area of the Carnival of the Cinta costera, said Commissioner Javier Sánchez, national director of Special Forces.
He stressed that the event took place very normally and an influx of people confiscated some prohibited items in the Carnival area, for which reason citizens are reiterated that they are going to attend these activities, not to bring blunt objects, bladed weapons, sharps or much less firearms, even if they have your permission.
He also urged parents to take care of their children and follow the instructions of the authorities that remain in the area, taking care so that citizens can enjoy safe and family carnivals.
