Five thousand two hundred and seventy-nine patients have been treated, nationwide, at the facilities of the Social Security Fund, during the Green Alert of Operation Alpha Carnival 2023.
Common morbidity registered the highest attention with 4,566 and mild traumas 604, 4,145 insured and uninsured 1,134 were attended.
The provinces with the most cases treated were Panama Metro 2,222, Panama Oeste 678 and Chiriquí 595; The attentions, by sex, registered 2,767 female and 2,512 male.
Regarding CSS prehospital care, there were 199 cases, 171 due to common morbidity and 28 due to minor trauma, 118 insured and 81 uninsured, 194 patients being transferred to health facilities, 106 female and 93 male. .
