Commissioner Elmer Caballero indicated that at the control and access points, 10 people requested by driving and summons are detected, as well as 31 foreigners who do not comply with immigration procedures.
At the accesses to the Cinta Costera, police units and other security entities carry out verifications to prevent the entry of unauthorized items, such as sharp weapons, lighters, firearms and others.
More than 800 units are kept in this area to ensure that nationals and foreigners safely enjoy the 4 days of carnival.
