This Friday, more than 40,000 people attended the Caracas Retumba 2023 Festival, held in the Caricuao parish to enjoy different international, national and local artists at the beginning of this carnival holiday.
During the development of the event, more than 2,000 security personnel are deployed, guaranteeing the protection of Venezuelans so that they can enjoy this concert with peace of mind and in the company of their families.
It should be noted that the event is promoted by the Government of Caracas and the Mayor’s Office of the Libertador municipality, with the aim of offering distraction and happiness to the people.
