Pool Pedro “N”, Juan “N” and Israel “N” were directly charged with the crime of attempted homicide by the Mexico City Prosecutor’s Office for the attack on the journalist.
The attack occurred on December 15, 2022 in the streets of the Álvaro Obregón mayor’s office.
In the case of Elizabeth “N”, Daniela “N”, Tania “N”, Cinthia “N” and Junnuen “N”, as well as Aniceto “N”, Erick “N” and Sergio “N”, the capital’s Prosecutor’s Office charged them with the crime of criminal association.
The precautionary measure imposed by the control judge was preventive detention, during the four months that he set for the closure of the complementary investigation.
The 11 detainees were already being held in both the Santa Martha Acatitla prison and the North Prison, accused of their probable participation in crimes against health and violation of the Federal Law on Firearms and Explosives.
This Saturday the hearing will take place against another person related to this case.
