Margot Palacios is denounced before Ethics for lying about the situation in Peru

The parliamentarian of Avanza País Patricia Chirinos, presented before the Ethics Commission of the Congress a letter requesting that Margot Palacios, congresswoman of Peru Libre, be investigated for not telling the truth during her trip to Switzerland. Parliamentarian Palacios attended various meetings in that country where she mentioned that Peru lives under a “dictatorship.”

This complaint is filed after the report published by Peru21 denounced the trip of the parliamentarian last Tuesday.

As heard in the video released where Palacios appears, she assures that the protests against the Boluarte government have been manifested “peacefully”, “without violence” and “without damage to property.” She also assures that it is the State that initiates the violence.
