The ANMAT (National Administration of Drugs, Food and Medical Technology) made the decision to prohibit the commercialization of all medicines from a nationally recognized laboratory.
This is the Kladno SRL Laboratory, which according to notification the organism lacks “registration of qualification”. The layout of the ANMAT It was published this Thursday through resolution 1363/2023 that was disseminated in the Official Gazette.
The ANMAT notified that an inspection was carried out in a pharmacy in the City of Buenos Aires in collaboration with the local police, in which They found several products from the firm Laboratorio Kladno SRL that were being marketed without the corresponding registration.
In this way, he considered the drugs illegal: Sodium Borate COPEA, FNA VI ED, cont. Net 50 grams, lot 06200702, expired. 10/22 and COPEA Sodium Borate, FNA VI ED, cont. Net 50 grams, lot 06201001, expired. 10/22.
According to what the resolution establishes, “the distribution, commercialization and use of all medicines produced by Laboratorio Kladno SRL has been prohibited throughout the national territory, except in the province of Buenos Aires, until the corresponding authorization is obtained.” .
The agency also notified that it carried out a consultation with the Ministry of Health of the province of Buenos Aires to verify the legality of said products, which corroborated that the laboratory does not have records.
As reported by the Health portfolio, “the laboratory is qualified as a manufacturer and fractionator of official drugs and medicines. However, there is no record of his authorization before the ANMAT”, therefore its preparation, fractionation and commercialization in other jurisdictions is prohibited.
The ANMAT prohibited a brand of sweet bread
