Ombudsman will award the Outstanding Women of Panama on March 28

On March 28, the Ombudsman’s Office will award the National Contest for Outstanding Women in its XIII version for this year 2023, this within the framework of the celebration of International Women’s Day.

There is still time to participate as registration for this contest remains open until Thursday, February 23. The main objective is to make visible the women who have contributed to the development of the country in the field of Human Rights.

Documentation for registration can be delivered to any of the 14 Regional Offices of the Ombudsman at the national level and it will be directed to the Directorate for the Protection of Women’s Rights, located at the main headquarters of Edificio Los Toneles, Vía Spain-

It can also be sent to the email [email protected] or submit documentation through the website www.defensoria-gob.pa and call the Directorate for the Protection of Women’s Rights at 500-9800 extension 8859.
