“Today I’ll wait for you at 4 pm in the Plaza de Armas and the Plaza de Bolívar and in all the public squares of the country. The people who won were the people and the people want the change in Colombia. Let’s go for the changes towards a democratic and peaceful country”, The president wrote on his social networks this Tuesday.

The Historical Pact informed that the start time of this mobilization will be at 2:00 pm and will focus on the Plaza de Armas, located between the Casa de Nariño and the Congress of the Republic, from where the president would give a speech.
