(36) as the alleged person responsible for the disappearance due to his constant contradictions since in his first statements he said that he was inside his home together with the victim, with whom he had a discussion, After that, he would have dragged him by the hand to the left bank of the Mantaro River, indicating that the victim had thrown herself, then he changed his version and indicating that he was the one who threw her into the Mantaro River.
By accepting his responsibility for the disappearance of his partner, he was detained for legal proceedings. This unfortunate fact leaves three minors aged 13, 09 and 02 as orphans, the same ones who were left in the care of the mother’s relatives, while the alleged perpetrator continues with the judicial preliminary detention measure.
