Likewise, the directive of the Amazonian Parliament of Venezuela, in charge of the deputy Nohelí Pocaterra, affirmed the willingness to continue in the defense of the Amazon; natural resources, and the establishment of cooperation links and economic, political, social, cultural and scientific integration of the countries that make up the region.
For his part, the member of the Permanent Commission for Sustainable Development, Ecology and Diversity of the Amazon Parliament, deputy Antonio Rumbos, explained that this body’s mission is to ensure the conservation and use of Amazon resources for the benefit of humanity. .
“Through the Great Food Mission, a bridge can be established so that the people of Amazonas do not allow the conditions for which the Yanomami are suffering,” he said.
In the same way, he made a call to stop the deforestation process and promote reforestation, with methods of aerial bombardments of germinated seeds, to stop the crisis in areas of the Amazon.
