During the investigation of the case for which Marino Antonio Muñoz Concepción is being prosecuted, it has been established that the firearms were sent from Pennsylvania under the name “Andrea” to be received in the country by Ronny Muñoz, and that they were allegedly used by the defendant on March 2, the day on which a hearing will be heard against the police officers who took the life of his daughter and son-in-law, who are being prosecuted for the act and are serving pretrial detention in different jurisdictions of the country.
