Three subjects cornered a boy and murdered him after accusing him of having stolen their cell phone.
Of the three investigated for this homicide, Deivis Alexander Mendoza Rodríguez (25), nicknamed El Deivis, who is classified as a cooperator in the execution of the act, has already been arrested, according to the report released by the Cicpc where it is specified that the fatal victim was left registered as Victor Manuel Moreno (25).
El Deivis and another man yet to be arrested intercepted Moreno in the Brisas del Orinoco sector, Ciudad Bolívar. The subjects accused Moreno of having stolen a cell phone. For this reason they shot him in the abdominal area and fled on a motorcycle. The badly injured man was taken to the Ruíz y Páez hospital complex where he died.
The third subject investigated for the murder of Moreno is identified as Jean Carlos Eliuth León Mendoza (22), nicknamed El Chino, who was originally arrested but fled. El Chino possesses the firearm used to commit the murder, according to the Cicpc.
In another Cicpc proceeding, two men allegedly linked to the murder of Daniel José Quintero were arrested, who was shot several times with a short-barreled shotgun, an event that occurred in the El Noventa subdivision, Anaco (Anzoátegui).
Those detained for this act are registered as: Fernando José Bravo Flores (22), nicknamed El Batato and José Lisneys Calcurima Marcano (26), nicknamed Píritu. The fight between these subjects and Quintero was caused by old disputes, according to the Cicpc investigation.
Detective captured for manufacturing drugs
In another incident, Cicpc detective Héctor Luis José Nazaret Lugo Rondón (30) was captured after being investigated for drug manufacturing. Such information was disclosed on the Cicpc’s Instagram site, from which it was detailed that the capture occurred on the main avenue of Los Corales, Caraballeda parish, Vargas municipality, La Guaira.
The investigation showed that Lugo Rondón “was engaged in the production of the drug known as tussi and distributed it in different parts of Greater Caracas, harming the population,” the Cicpc said.
