With a goal in discounts, Ecuador scratched a 1-1 draw against Venezuela this Thursday in the South American U-20, a result that leaves both teams -and Paraguay- alive in the final hexagonal, as well as classifying Colombia for the World Cup.

Venezuela, which reached 2 points; Ecuador, with only 1 unit, and Paraguay, which also has 1 point but one game less -which is currently playing against Uruguay-, are now chasing the only place available at the global event.
The teams are also competing for three tickets to the Pan American Games in Santiago, which will be held in October and November.
