The Sub-Specialized Preparatory Investigation Court for Violence Against Women and Members of the Family Group of Huancayo, sentenced a young mother to prison for assaulting her little daughter for damaging her parent’s tablet.
Prosecutor Iderson Rogger Pituy Ataucusi, got the Preparatory Investigation Court to declare the request for immediate prosecution against Yuli Cresilia YH (24) admissible and imposed one year and eight months of imprisonment for having committed the crime against life, body and health, in the form of aggression against women or members of the family group, to the detriment of her six-year-old minor daughter.
During the support, the representative of the Public Ministry stated that the criminal offense occurred on the afternoon of January 26, 2022, when the sentenced woman and her daughter met at her home located in the district of Chilca – Huancayo. The little girl was playing with the electronic device, it fell to the floor and broke.

The defendant, seeing that the tablet had broken, insulted the minor and then physically assaulted her with various objects until causing bruises on various parts of her body, as well as punishment, she imposed that she clean her entire house.
Hours later, the girl told her paternal grandmother what happened, who saw the injuries and reported the mistreatment at the Chilca police station. “My mother tried to hang me,” said the minor in a video recorded by Serenazgo during the intervention. With her sentence, her parental authority was suspended, she is prohibited from communicating with the victim and she must receive psychological therapy.
