The governor of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moya, agreed with the coordinator of the Morena senators, Ricardo Monreal, that the mechanism for selecting that party’s candidate for the Presidency of the Republic must have the greatest credibility of the citizenry.
In a press conference from Mazatlán, before attending the work report of the Sinaloan senator Raúl Elenes Angulo, he stressed that Monreal is very right in that it must be a credible survey for society, that in the end it is not forced to believe what the parties decide
.
The governor advised the Morenista coordinator not to confront President Andrés Manuel López Obrador. Grab the roll, don’t bring anger with you
he told him, and revealed private talks with the federal Executive that support, he indicated, such a statement.
The day before, the governor invited Monreal and other senators to a massive act. He clarified yesterday that he did not organize it for the coordinator. The municipal president prepared it to publicize the delivery of 15 garbage trucks

Rocha Moya described Monreal as a legitimate candidate, one of the strongest to succeed President López Obrador
. She can declare it, she maintained, “now that it’s Saturday and I’m receiving all the applicants from Morena who, for some reason, call them caps. Well this is one corcholata very strong”.
However, the governor stressed that although he loves him very much, he cannot lean towards him, nor towards Claudia Sheinbaum, who has also been in Sinaloa, “nor towards the other caps”, because as governor he would put the entity at risk.
For his part, Senator Monreal insisted that there is no even floor and asked the leadership headed by Mario Delgado Review the guidelines that applicants use to publicize their image
and that from now on those who seek to represent Morena in the 2024 elections participate openly in forums where they present their projects and that each one is listened to with respect, without disqualifications.
He reiterated that he is at a disadvantage, for the uneven pitch

, but even so he plans to pair up with the head of Government and the secretaries of the Interior and Foreign Relations. He appreciated the impartiality of the governor of Sinaloa.
