The President of Cambio Democrático (CD), Rómulo Roux made a controversial proposal through a comment to a Radio Panama publication, about the sexual abuse of a minor.
The publication indicated the arrest of a man who abused his own daughter on the days that he had visits. Roux commented that the “death penalty is what we need for those patients!”
