This is Elio Ernesto Bocio Matos, a resident of the Buenos Aires de Herrera sector, Santo Domingo Oeste municipality, and who in September 2022 stole a person’s cell phone while he was aboard a public transport vehicle on República de Colombia, in the vicinity of the Botanical Garden, according to the Police.
The institution of order indicated that Gocio Matos was arrested by means of arrest warrant No.146-February-2022 and captured just at the moment when he was secretly following up on the car in which his victim was occupying the passenger seat of the car. car, waiting for the opportunity to take advantage of an oversight and snatch your mobile phone.
Likewise, the Police indicated that after achieving his objective, Bocio Matos immediately proceeded to accelerate the motorcycle on which he was traveling and flee in an unknown direction.
