A 35-year-old man was apprehended by the National Police, on the afternoon of this Friday, February 3, in the district of Barrio Balboa, in the district of La Chorrera, for allegedly committing the crime against Sexual Liberty and Integrity, in the modality of aggravated rape to the detriment of his own minor daughter.
Medianye search procedure carried out in conjunction with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, led to the capture of the alleged attacker, who was taken by the authorities to carry out the pertinent procedures.
The first reports indicate that the minor did not live with her father and he had the right to visit, a moment that the man took advantage of to sexually abuse the girl. The mother is responsible for custody.
The raid was registered in a residence near the Nicolás Solano Hospital, at about 3:40 in the afternoon, where they managed to seize technological equipment.
It was learned that the man maintains a criminal record, from 2011, for child pornography, committed against another minor.
