Ayacucho begins indefinite strike this February 6 according to the defense front

On Monday, February 6, the indefinite national strike will be observed in the Ayacucho region to support the national protests. The measure was agreed by the Defense Fronts and other social organizations at the national level, informed Magno Ortega Quispe, a member of the transitory struggle committee of the Ayacucho People’s Defense Front (FREDEPA).

“It is the national feeling, and for this reason Ayacucho cannot be oblivious and we join, by decision of the leaders, the indefinite national strike” said Magno Ortega in Wari Radio Station News Station.

ECONOMIC LOSSES DUE TO UNEMPLOYMENT AFFECTING COMPANIES

According to the estimates of the Ayacucho Chamber of Commerce, the stoppages have a negative impact on the local economy, since according to estimates, in a single day of unemployment, between 12 to 15 million soles are lost.
