The president of Petrobras, Jean Paul Terra Prates, appointed today (2) five new members to the executive board of the state-owned company, they are: Claudio Schlosser, for the executive board of Commercialization and Logistics; Carlos Travassos for the executive director of Production Development; Joelson Falcão was assigned to the Exploration and Production executive board; William França appointed to the executive board of Refining and Natural Gas and Carlos Augusto Barreto to the executive board of Digital Transformation and Innovation.
The nominations will be submitted to internal corporate governance procedures, including the respective analyzes of conformity and integrity necessary for the company’s succession process, forwarded for consideration by the People Committee and then deliberation by the Board of Directors.
