Susana González and Dora Nohl, prosecutors in the Sabryna case, asked Judge Manuel Aguirre, president of the Sentencing Court, to immediately issue the resolution ordering the referral of Gerardo Stadecker to jail.
This morning the official communication from the directors of the La Costa sanatorium to the Court was released, notifying Stadecker that he was discharged on January 31.

A judicial resolution ordered Stadecker to enter the place, under prison custody, for specialized medical treatment, with monitoring by the forensic area.
The convicted person remained in the sanatorium for the last two months, despite the fact that the Prosecutors Dora Nohl and Susana González informed the Sentencing Court that there is a flight risk.

Stadecker was found guilty of femicide of his wife Sabryna Breuer, which occurred on December 17, 2017. For this, he was sentenced to 28 years in prison.
