The vice-president for the Communes of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and political liaison for Barinas, Jorge Arreaza, held the first strategic orientation videoconference with the commissioners of the party and the JPSUV, to guide on the Concrete Action Agenda of the first four-month period of the year, as well as giving guidelines to the new structures.
This was announced by Arreaza through his social networks, in which he stressed that the Strategic Plan of the Vice Presidency for the Communes was reviewed. He indicated that they are the facilitators for the Popular Power to exist and great sacrifices will have to be made, invest hours and hours in dialogue, political work and planning ».

He stressed the importance of continuing to search for unity to achieve the objectives set by the party and the communes. Arreaza recalled that as part of the new state teams, political awareness must prevail through knowledge and training to strengthen Popular Power.
In turn, he highlighted the strategies led by the party so that the communes can remain self-sustaining over time, and recalled the effort made by President Nicolás Maduro Moros to comply with the Venezuelan people despite the sanctions.
