This afternoon, the Plenary Session of Parliament rejected the replacement text that proposed holding complementary general elections in December 2023.
Currently, the only opinion under debate is that of parliamentarian Jaime Quito, who insists on calling elections together with the referendum for a Constituent Assembly.
