“They have destroyed the hope of the Dominicans and I want them to know that no matter what they do, in 2024 they are going abroad, because they have failed the people in a rude way and if they are offering and using State resources it is because They are desperate; because the woman, the single mother, the youth and the worker failed him. The Dominican people see this government as a fraud to their desires, to their dreams of moving forward,” Abel said during an organization and strategy meeting with the PLD leadership in La Vega.
Martínez also said that, “although many of us have opportunities to eat, there are hundreds of thousands of families that go to bed with an empty stomach, because this government has not been able to put food at a good price on the table of Dominicans.” , nor has it been able to guarantee security.”
“The country needs us, it needs us, the Dominican people need our effort, our work, our will, our enthusiasm, because it is urgent to defeat the PRM, this bad government and for the PLD to return to respond to the needs of a population that needs us,” said Martínez, also assuring that the purple party is in second place very close to the first and that in the 14 provinces of Cibao the PLD is with a wide margin in the preferences of the electorate.
Present at the meeting, along with Martínez, were the member of the Political Committee, José Ramón Peralta, provincial liaison in La Vega; the member of the Central Committee, provincial president of the PLD and provincial coordinator Abel 24 in La Vega, Bolívar Marte; the deputies Ángel Estévez, Negro Hernández and Edwín Mejía, as well as the municipal coordinators of the Abel 24 project and the mayors, municipal directors, among other members of the Central Committee.
