radio and television journalist
At the age of 15, he took his first steps on the radio, twelve months later he joined Galavisión, at that time and then Megavisión, for a short period to make the leap to Red Uno de Bolivia, it was in 1998 at the age of 19.
This year he will celebrate 25 years in the television network, exercising his vocation and love for the profession of journalism.
His secrets: “Vocation and credibility”
She is a believer in ethics in all aspects of life and affirms that “Journalism must be exercised with impartiality and veracity always, based on principles and service to society. I am convinced that you can and should work along these lines and that there is no other premise”. He maintains that right now doing journalism is not easy, “it is always a challenge, at all times, but I believe that, in order to have credibility and respect in the profession, the only way is to practice journalism with a vocation for service, solidarity and freedom that gives you only the truth.”
Mom again, after 11 years!
“Without a doubt it is news that has brought us joy and happiness. It is a huge responsibility, but those of us who are moms know that it is something superior that only translates into love and dedication. It is impossible to describe what we feel as a family, even more so when receiving the happiness of the people closest to us who accompany us with such joy to travel this path of waiting in peace. A birth is life and in the particular case of my family, it is a sign of faith and hope.
“Life is a kind of constant changes and that’s what it’s all about, also over the years I learned that days are lived daily and that everything can change at any time, even the most planned. I believe that, without idealizing what is to come, the biggest change we will undergo will be to surround ourselves with more sweetness and let ourselves be enveloped by the blessing of a new being, which I am sure will fill us with love”.
It was great news! “When I found out about the arrival of the new member of the family (we still don’t know if it’s him or her), at my 44th birthday on January 14, a kind of emotions invaded me.”
Cecilia, ‘face to face’
From within, as a woman, she wants to share her feelings, because “sometimes life ‘surprises’ us in unexpected but wonderful ways. Knowing that I will become a mother again and at this stage of my life, where I feel more stable, mature and full as a woman, It has been one of those news items that arrive ‘without warning’ but loaded with hope. We waited for it for years, and in the silence of accepting God’s will, we had resigned all possibility this last time of our lives, but here we are, excited to start ‘again’, but so grateful that we don’t want to talk about ‘ times’ but of illusion, faith and hope”.
“From my heart and with great humility I want to tell women that they allow themselves to live and feel each stage of their lives and never lose faith and love. Today my life is ‘rebooted’ in the most wonderful and blessed way I could ever have dreamed of”.
