MEC publishes new registration deadlines for Sisu, Prouni and Fies

Deadline to apply for exemption from Enem starts today

The Ministry of Education made public notices for the first selection processes in 2023 available on the internet for the Unified Selection System (Sisu), the University for All Program (Prouni) and the Student Financing Fund (Fies).MEC publishes new registration deadlines for Sisu, Prouni and Fies

To access information about the three programs, students must use the Single Access Portal. Enrollment calendars have been brought forward, as announced in December by MEC.

The new registration deadline for Sisu is from February 16 to 24, 2023. The result will be announced on February 28. Before, the result was scheduled to come out on March 7. Registration for Prouni will open on February 28th and will run until March 3rd. And for Fies, they will start on the 7th of March and end on the 10th of the same month.

According to the MEC, in all selection processes the classification is based on the score obtained in the 2022 edition of the National High School Examination (Enem).

“For Prouni, the scores obtained in the 2021 Enem will also be valid. In Fies, those who applied for one of the editions of the Enem from 2010 until the most recent one, will be able to register”, informed the Ministry of Education.
