ACAP reinforces the well-being of its staff

The Cibao Association of Savings and Loans (ACAP) launched the Organizational Peace Culture Program, which positions the financial entity as an institution committed to the well-being of its employees.

Within the program, new labor well-being policies were created that guide knowledge and actions on plans, programs and initiatives to contribute to the promotion of a culture focused on well-being and productivity.

Reny Espaillatvice president of Human Talent Management, explained that “this program strengthens interdepartmental relations, leadership and communication, in accordance with the mission, vision and institutional values. It also furthers our mission to provide our employees with a safe space where their voices are heard and responded to.”

With focus on the human rightsthe institution integrates the culture of peace into the corporate strategy in a coherent, pertinent and systematic manner, thus seeking a transformation that positively impacts its community and the environment.

This initiative is guided by the analysis of the norms issued about the regulation of work in the Dominican Constitution, the Labor Code, the Ministry and the guidelines related to Social Security, the International Labor Organization (ILO) and others.

“It is a flexible, practical and collaborative model, focused on sustainability,” he said.
