Madrid, (EFE).- The president of Ukraine, Volodímir Zelenski, has demanded this Saturday long-range missiles to face the attacks launched by the russianssuch as the one produced today against the Donetsk region and which has caused at least three deaths and fourteen injuries.
“Stopping this Russian terror would be possible if we could provide adequate missile forces for our army. So that the terrorists do not have a feeling of impunity,” Zelenski stressed in his usual last-minute speech.
The Ukrainian president has argued that “Ukraine needs long-range missiles, in particular, to eliminate this possibility of the occupier placing its missile launchers somewhere far from the front line and destroying Ukrainian cities with them.”
The Russian Army launched this Saturday at 9:15 local time a missile attack against the town of Kostiantinivka, in the Donetsk region (east) that left three fatalities and fourteen injured, according to data from the Ukrainian president himself.
“The enemy used S-300 missiles. In the residential sector. So far there are 17 names on the list of victims: 14 injured and three people died. My condolences to the family and friends,” he said.
According to Zelensky, the Russian rockets hit four residential buildings in Kostyantynivka.
