Zero Bureaucracy
Bureaucracy is an initiative that seeks to modernize the country and facilitate foreign investment in the Dominican Republic, through the digitization of processes and services of public institutions.

“You have to change the culture so that it is seen that the public official is a servant,” said the president who develops an extensive program of activities in Miami.

Zero Democracy is part of Law 167-21, on Regulatory Improvement and Simplification of Procedures, the Digital Transformation Agenda of the Dominican Republic 2030 and the National Competitiveness Strategy.

This program saves the country this year some 4 billion dollars that the Government spends on bureaucratic procedures.
