Five days before her application was approved, the reporter had denounced the refusal of a daycare center spot for her daughter, despite the time she has been requesting it “through regulatory channels.”
“I can’t even aspire to the right that every working mother in this country of have a place kindergarten, something that has already been a utopia for many, but for me it is essential”.
The young woman recounted that in order to fulfill “her duty as a journalist, with what she considered her responsibility,” she made sacrifices such as leaving her mother alone in a hospital bed with hemodialysis treatment or going to work with her daughter in her arms.
In her first publication, the journalist shared the response to her request for the place in the circle. The letter reads: “A review of documents was carried out where it was verified that promoting you is not a priority for your union.” However, everything changed when her case spread on networks.
Yadianny, despite her adequate performance as a worker of the official channel, had to go to “the digital protest” to claim her rights.
