Cicpc agents captured Joaquín Caraballo Arteaga (23), identified as one of the two responsible for the murder by strangulation of Gladys Josefina Rodríguez Gil, 60 years old, an event that occurred inside her residence located in the Virgen de Coromoto urbanization, Cúa , Miranda State.
According to the report published on the Cicpc networks, the other participant in the event remains to be captured, identified as Juan de La Cruz Marquina Díaz (20).
