In view of the fact that the stones did not stop falling at his home, located in Puerto Maldonado and that the police officers who were guarding his home were not armed and only fired tear gas, the governor fired shots into the air to defend his property and disperse the violent.

“Next time they come, I’m going to kill them,” Otsuka yelled after firing the shots.

After the meeting with the governor, the premier indicated that he had found the region calm.

“They wanted to burn down my house. If I didn’t have a weapon to defend myself, they would have succeeded,” said the authority to channel N.
