The match big front He said that he will accompany “with expectations and hopes” the mobilization to the Palace of Courts.

The Together for Change alliance criticized the march and pointed out that it adds “institutional gravity” to the political scene. He pointed out that the Constitution establishes a mechanism to remove and considered that “this procedure cannot be replaced by factious claims such as those encouraged by the Government,” according to what they interpret.

The spokesperson for the Presidency, Gabriela Cerrutti, clarified that the Government “does not take a position” regarding the march: “The Government does not take a position on the marches organized by any sector of society, or any political or social sector. They are part of the right to express themselves of the different sectors of society and they are not issues on which the Government has to give an opinion,” he said.

But he said that “the government’s position regarding the Supreme Court, and the delay of Justice, as well as the arbitrariness with which some cases are resolved faster than others, and regarding the lack of justice in general, is well known.”

D’Elía said Monday in radio statements that “this Court leaves much to be desired in terms of independence and is subordinated to interests that have nothing to do with justice in Argentina.” For this reason, he assured that “tomorrow at 8 pm the Supreme Court has to present its resignation and leave.”

The three main slogans of the act are the repudiation of the performance of the Court and its members, the claim against impunity and the end of “lawfare” or “judicial warfare” for political purposes.

The deputy for the Front of All (FdT) Leandro Santoro affirmed that the Court “has to be accountable to society” and for this reason “it is legitimate for people to express themselves” in the mobilization that will take place this Tuesday at the Palace of Courts to demand reforms in the Judiciary.

“I am a national deputy, and that is why I have doubts about participating, but it seems legitimate to me that those who feel that there should be a replacement should speak out,” he told Radio Con Vos. He recalled that he was very critical “when two of the four members of the Supreme Court tried to enter by decree.”

“If I were not a national deputy, I have no doubt that I would be there,” Santoro concluded.
