The National Police, through the Judicial Investigation Directorate, is carrying out the Ares operation in the district of San Miguelito and the village of Pueblo Nuevo, in search of persons and evidence related to the crime against Sexual Liberty and Integrity.
The raids carried out in association with the Public Ministry allowed the apprehension in the Paraíso sector, San Miguelito district of a 33-year-old man, allegedly linked to the sexual modality of Aggravated Libidinous Acts.
Likewise, a search was carried out at another residence in the Pueblo Nuevo sector, where a citizen of foreign nationality resides, confiscating various technological equipment, including: computers and cell phones, possibly related to the investigations carried out by the authorities regarding a complaint for the modality of Child Pornography to the detriment of a minor.
The detainee will be placed under the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office that requests it while the investigations continue.
