The mayor of the Bolivarian Libertador de Caracas municipality, A/J, Carmen Meléndez, held a working meeting this Thursday to define the responsibilities of the commissions and subcommittees created for the development of the fifth edition of the Bolivarian Alliance Sports Games for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA).
This was said by the burgomaster through her account on the social network Twitter, @managementperfectawhere he pointed out that “it will be a great teamwork between the commissions: Sports, Services, Security, Health, Food, Infrastructure, Transportation, Communications, Technology, International, among others.”

The event will take place from April 21 to 29 and will include the participation of the 10 ALBA member countries and Russia as the guest nation.
The Venezuelan authorities reported that the states of Miranda, La Guaira and Caracas will be the venues for the games, which will bring together 35 disciplines, with the expected participation of some 3,500 athletes.
