“I do not end my life as a coward, I do it because I need to feel the peace that I have not found in this world” were some of the words written by the young woman in a post that she titled “depression kills«.

When you read this text I will be in the process of leaving this earth, I am not ending my life as a coward, I am doing it because I need to feel the peace that I have not found in this world. Depression has slowly consumed my life, I haven’t slept for weeks, I cry every night, I lost the passion for
things I like and my emotional state is a roller coaster.
I have asked for help on various occasions but people minimize depression as if it were a drama of the moment or seeking to attract attention, when for those of us who suffer from it we see our lives pass by while we are on pause, helpless, because our way of thinking positively is blocked.
